The location is excellent, just a short 15-minute walk to a beautiful park, and the rooms are spacious and quiet with lovely views and large windows that open.

My room was a nice size with a lovely view, a good shower, for example, it accommodated me perfectly.

The hotel offers a good breakfast with plenty of meal options. It is located in a very pleasant area, right by the ferries to/from other local towns and the boats serving the middle-lake cities. - the hotel features a well-maintained garden.

I loved the super cozy bed in the queen room, it was like sleeping on a cloud! This place is so conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from Torre delle Arti. 🌟

Externally interesting historical building, service is o.k., the location is top, the dinner at the hotel is first class, the view over the lake from the roof (-corner) room is great.

Breakfast with little choice, dry white rolls, hardly any fruit. Reception does not talk more than necessary, very loud ventilation, also at night, in the roof (-corner) room on the 4th floor. Arrival with own car not recommended, parking lots on the spot are a catastrophe.

This place is clean and located in a stunning building near the car ferry, local restaurants, and the lake, with a fabulous location close to Gioielleria.

Room was clean yet very old. Facilities were average. Lakeside location would have been great had the ferry boat not been docking there and blowing fumes into our room every half hour. Staff was helpful with planning activities for the day.

Had to pay cash for stay as when we went to check out they said they didn't have a functioning credit card machine. I am thinking they preferred the cash. No frills. No hotel parking available. Ferry boat fumes coming through lakefront view window.
